We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales and client acquisition for our interior design services. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven ability to generate leads, and experience in dealing with architects, builders, or high-end clients. Key Responsibilities: • Generate new business leads through networking and field visits • Meet clients, understand project requirements, and pitch services • Build and maintain relationships with real estate firms, architects, and developers • Coordinate with the design team for proposals and presentations • Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular reports Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in interior/design/build industry) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits
Key Responsibilities: • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation • Assist in salary processing and coordinate with the accounts team • Manage filing, office documents, and client/vendor paperwork • Make follow-up calls to leads as and when required • Coordinate for recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare • Support the management in day-to-day office operations
