Job Title : EV Battery Pack Maintenance Engineer Job Location : Sri City , Andhra Pradesh Job Type : Full-Time Job Description : We are looking for a skilled and experienced EV Battery Pack Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting electric vehicle battery packs, as well as strong expertise in automation systems. This role will require proficiency in working with PLCs, robotics, servo motors and drives, electrical circuits, sensors, and conveyors. The candidate should be comfortable with troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing complex systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities : EV Battery Pack Maintenance : Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electric vehicle battery packs, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. PLC (Mitsubishi / Siemens) : Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on Mitsubishi and Siemens PLC systems to ensure seamless operation of automation processes. Robotics (ABB JD Robots) : Maintain and troubleshoot ABB JD series robots, ensuring they function optimally for various automation and manufacturing processes. Servo Motors & Drives : Work on servo motors and drives to maintain precise control systems for automation and robotic tasks, ensuring minimal downtime. Electrical Circuits & Sensors : Read and interpret electrical circuits to troubleshoot and repair issues. Knowledge of various sensor types and their functions is essential. PLC & HMI Operations : Understand the basics of PLC programming and HMI operations to monitor and control automation systems effectively. Conveyor Maintenance : Perform regular checks and troubleshooting on conveyor systems to ensure efficient material handling in the manufacturing process. Required Skills : Strong working knowledge of Mitsubishi and Siemens PLC systems . Experience in maintaining ABB JD Robots , servo motors, and drives. Ability to read and understand electrical circuits and knowledge of sensor types and their functions. Good understanding of PLC programming basics and HMI operations . Hands-on experience in conveyor maintenance . Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize automated systems in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications : A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering , Electronics , Mechatronics , or related fields. Proven experience in EV Battery Pack Maintenance or related automotive/energy sector roles. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and team collaboration skills.
