Job Title: EV Battery Pack Maintenance Engineer Location: Sricity - Andhra Pradesh Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated EV Battery Pack Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, automation, and robotics, with specific experience in working with MITSUBISHI and Siemens PLCs, ABB robots, servo motors, and drives. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting advanced electrical and mechanical systems within EV battery packs, ensuring smooth operation and efficient performance. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EV battery pack systems and associated electrical components. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC, HMI, sensors, and electrical circuits to ensure optimal system performance. Conduct routine checks and maintenance on MITSUBISHI/Siemens PLCs, ABB Robots , and servo motors & drives . Work with electrical circuits, sensors, and associated control systems, understanding their types and functions. Maintain and repair conveyors and other automated systems as needed. Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of PLC/HMI systems and other electrical equipment. Calibrate and test the function of electrical components and systems, ensuring they meet operational standards. Provide technical support for the operation of robotic systems , including ABB and other robotic technologies. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and improve system performance. Document all maintenance activities, including parts replaced, work performed, and any corrective actions taken. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with MITSUBISHI and Siemens PLCs , robotic systems, servo motors , and drives . In-depth knowledge of electrical circuits, sensor types, and their functions. Familiarity with HMI operation and PLC programming basics. Practical knowledge of ABB robots , including troubleshooting and programming. Understanding of conveyor systems and industrial automation. Ability to work with and read electrical schematics and diagrams. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical and mechanical issues. Knowledge of industrial safety standards and best practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Certification or formal training in electrical engineering , automation , or a related field. Previous experience in electric vehicle (EV) battery pack maintenance or similar industries. Experience with robotics programming (ABB, Naukri, etc.).
