Store Supervisor

Department: Stores & Logistics Department

Reporting To: Store Head / Plant Manager

Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram (Sector – 3), Haryana – 122050

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (As per company norms)

Job Purpose:

To oversee material handling, inventory control, and timely issue for production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise material receipts, storage, and issuance.

• Maintain stock accuracy through ERP updates.

• Ensure FIFO system and safe material storage.

• Coordinate with purchase and production departments.

• Conduct periodic physical stock audits.

Technical Skills Required:

• ERP and Excel proficiency for inventory management.

• Knowledge of EV parts and consumables storage.

• Good understanding of material movement processes.

Behavioral Competencies:

• Discipline and attention to record accuracy.

• Strong coordination and time management skills.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in EV or automotive store operations.

• Background in warehouse management preferred.

Growth Opportunities:

• Potential to grow into Store Head or Inventory Controller roles.

• Opportunities to handle multiple store units.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
