Job Title:

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the
Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
.
Ensure smooth functioning of the plant and compliance with all operating parameters.
Monitor, control, and optimize ETP processes for efficient water and wastewater treatment.
Prepare and maintain
operational MIS reports
and submit them on time.
Manage manpower effectively and ensure proper allocation of resources.
Coordinate with clients for reporting, updates, and addressing site requirements.
Ensure adherence to safety norms and environmental regulations.
Perform troubleshooting of plant operations and implement corrective actions.

Key Requirements:

3 To 4 years of relevant experience in
ETP operations
within the water and wastewater industry.
Strong knowledge of effluent treatment processes, equipment, and compliance standards.
Good communication, leadership, and client coordination skills.
Ability to manage teams and handle plant operations independently.
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing operational MIS reports.
Ready to join
immediately or within 15 days
