Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) Operator based in Bhopal. The ETP Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the effluent treatment plant, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, monitoring and recording plant performance metrics, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and regular communication with the environmental compliance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and knowledge of environmental regulations
• Basic understanding of chemical processes related to wastewater treatment and familiar with analytical testing methods
• Mechanical aptitude for routine maintenance and trouble-shooting skills
• Excellent observational skills and the ability to record and interpret data effectively
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and environmental compliance
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members
• Experience in a chemicals or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Diploma/Certification in chemical engineering, environmental science, or a related field is preferred
