Good communication skills & client exposure Understanding of ETL process Good to have knowledge in SQL/DB2 Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, joins, and subqueries Experience with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data quality principles Preparing test plan & test estimations Write test scenario and test cases Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Ability to work independently and as part of a team Validates data by running queries in the database and verify the results match the expectations Analyzes and troubleshoots erroneous results, determines the root causes, logs the defects and enables defect management, including working with the development team on the resolution of Defects Solid understanding of databases and systems and the ability to communicate effectively across groups Self Starter, with strong confidence level Flexible in thought and creative in approach to testing Added advantage - Preferable Insurance (or financial) Domain knowledge Having exposure in performance testing .
