Required Skills & Experience:
8+ yearsof experience in software/data testing, with3+ yearsin data engineering or BI testing.
Strong expertise inDatabricks,Informatica,SQL,SSIS, andSSRS.
Experience indata validation, ETL testing, and report verification.
Familiarity withAgile, DevOps, and CI/CDenvironments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience ininsurance domain, especially in financial and operational reporting.
Exposure tocloud data platforms(Azure Data Lake, Delta Lake, Snowflake).
Knowledge ofdata profiling, reconciliation, and anomaly detection.
Ability to leadoffshore, nearshore testing teamsand manage multi-vendor environments.
