Ethnic Andaz is looking for a results-driven Jr. E-commerce Executive If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for online retail, this role is for you. You’ll play a key role in managing our online store, optimizing product listings, and ensuring smooth e-commerce operations. Scope of Work: Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing across online platforms. Regularly update product information, images, and details to maintain accuracy and brand consistency. Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Track and report e-commerce performance metrics, including sales and customer insights. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed. Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflows. Participate in content creation, exhibitions, and brand activations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Work Location: In person
