Ethics Manager, Regional role

Role Overview: As an Ethics Manager at WORMS Safety, you will be responsible for overseeing ethics and compliance activities in multiple countries in South Asia and other regions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to internal audit policies, conducting audits, managing investigations, and delivering training programs to promote ethical practices within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Regularly review ethics and internal audit policies and procedures for multiple countries to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. - Conduct internal audits for ethics and compliance, and provide detailed reports along with corrective action plans to enhance in-country adherence. - Manage internal and external investigations, analyze findings, make recommendations, and ensure follow-through on corrective actions to maintain ethical standards. - Collaborate with Country and Regional Business Leads to incorporate market trends into quality and compliance procedures, including risk mitigation strategies. - Deliver comprehensive Ethics and Compliance training programs for various countries to promote a culture of integrity and compliance. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - 6-8 years of experience in managing ethics investigations and audits across multiple countries in an MNC environment. - High level of integrity with proactive management of compliance and internal controls. - Ability to plan for risk mitigation, develop corrective action plans, and ensure implementation. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent proficiency in English. - Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work effectively under pressure. - Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and willingness to travel as needed.,
