Key Responsibilities Reading and Interpreting 2D AutoCAD Plans: Analyze architectural drawings to extract data and measurements essential for cost estimation and project planning Process Management: Efficiently manage orders and jobs through our online system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work closely with internal and external teams to identify gaps, resolve issues, and optimize project outcomes. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication in English, both orally and in writing, to ensure seamless collaboration with global teams. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in cost management and quantity surveying, specifically in the construction or interior design industry Measurements using Adobe from architectural AutoCAD plans & its estimation for tendering reviews Identification of Interior fitouts/ items variation and its rate analysis Proficiency in analysing 2D AutoCAD drawings and extracting measurements for estimation purposes Familiarity with architectural plans, particularly in relation to interior fitouts and cabinetry design Ability to identify inaccuracies and gaps and collaborate to reach an effective solution Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams High attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in project plans Following skills ​are not essential but ​will be highly regarded​ Advanced knowledge of Adobe tools for measurement extraction from architectural drawings.
