Job Description

Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for engineering and construction projects based on project specifications, drawings, and scope of work. Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Develop and manage BOQs for materials, labor, and equipment, ensuring all items are included for accurate cost planning. Tendering: Analyze and evaluate tenders, bid documents, and project requirements to submit competitive and accurate bids. Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather information and ensure accurate cost forecasts. Cost Analysis: Analyze cost data, identify potential risks, and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures during the estimation process. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update records of estimates, including revisions and approvals, and generate reports for senior management.
