Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Estimation Engineer to join our team on-site in Vadodara. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project cost estimations, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, and performing in-depth research for project development. The role includes liaising with clients for top-class project delivery while contributing to an array of civil and structural projects.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in BOQ and Project Estimation to manage project costing efficiently.
• Comprehensive understanding of Civil Engineering fundamentals and applications.
• Advanced skills in conducting research for structural and civil projects.
• Proven negotiation skills to successfully interact with stakeholders and clients.
• Proficiency in relevant design software such as STAAD and AUTOCAD, alongside basic competency in MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required, prior field experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• 5-10 Years of experience.
