As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across various functions within the organization. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, position specifications, and team culture, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Employer Branding: Represent Estatex Landbase Pvt. Ltd. in a professional and engaging manner to potential candidates, promoting the company's values, culture, and opportunities. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring smooth and timely integration of new hires into the organization. Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Data-Driven Recruitment: Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to continually improve recruitment strategies. Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to optimize hiring practices. Key Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus. Experience: 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in real estate or a similar industry. Recruitment Knowledge: Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various roles and functions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
