As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across various functions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end hiring process. You will also be instrumental in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Talent Sourcing: Use various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and networking to identify and attract potential candidates. Interviewing & Screening: Conduct phone screens, interviews, and assessment tests to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, position specifications, and team culture, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Employer Branding: Represent Estatex Landbase Pvt. Ltd. in a professional and engaging manner to potential candidates, promoting the company's values, culture, and opportunities. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring smooth and timely integration of new hires into the organization. Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Data-Driven Recruitment: Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to continually improve recruitment strategies. Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to optimize hiring practices. Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with the companys commitment to diversity and inclusion. Key Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus. Experience: 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in real estate or a similar industry. Recruitment Knowledge: Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various roles and functions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Networking: Strong networking skills to engage with passive candidates and build long-term relationships. Interviewing Skills: Experience in behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple requisitions. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using recruitment tools, social media platforms, and job boards to attract talent. Knowledge of HR Best Practices: Familiarity with employment laws, EEO guidelines, and other regulatory requirements related to recruitment. Cultural Fit Assessment: Strong ability to assess candidates’ alignment with Estatex’s organizational culture.
