Job Title: ESRI Solution Architect Location: Hyderabad CTC: 25-30 LPA Working Days: Monday to Friday Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ESRI Solution Architect with 10+ years of expertise in ESRI ArcGIS Pro and related solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in migrating from Geometric Network to Utility Network model and have previously played an Architect role . Key Responsibilities: Design and implement ESRI ArcGIS Pro solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities. Integrate ESRI GIS with SAP and other third-party applications . Work closely with ESRI and stakeholders to design and deploy GIS solutions. Handle partnerships and client interactions to ensure successful project execution. Build and lead a strong GIS team , utilizing networking skills to attract top talent. Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in GIS implementation. Be onsite-ready and open to travel as needed. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years in ESRI ArcGIS Pro implementation . Strong expertise in Geometric to Utility Network migration . Prior experience in solution architecture for GIS projects. Proven integration experience with SAP and third-party systems . Strong communication and client management skills . Ability to build and manage a high-performing GIS team .
