Key Responsibilities: • Ensure Green building certifications for all projects. Net zero energy / waste/ carbon project. Capacity building of relevant stakeholders on ESG & EMS topics and support implementation of net zero energy & net zero waste project. • Ensuring Installation of on-site renewable energy and source renewable energy for site & marketing offices to achieve SBTi targets for Scope 1& 2 GHG emissions. • Monitor water consumption in site and marketing offices and reduce water consumption during construction • Ensure Completeness and Correctness of Zonal Level Green dash data. Ensure all KPI are complete, accurate, and submitted with correct units, comments, and evidences before the due date (5th of every successive month). • Ensure implementation of MRF on all sites and zero waste to landfill. • Develop and implement strategies for sustainable development, resource conservation, waste reduction. • Drive implementation of EMS (ISO 14001) protocols and maintain zero nonconformity at site. • Monitor and Tracking Zonal complies with environmental legislation, regulations, permits, and consents. • Drive Zonal EMS Management Review Meeting timely escalation of issues 1from site & zonal offices. • Implementation of all ESG SOPs & EMS SOPs at all operational site and zonal office. • Monitoring & Tracking Supplier / Contractor ESG assessment and ensure 100% ESG assessment. • Facilitate for EMS internal / External Audits, Green Dash data audits and any other audit inspection driven by HO. Ensure timely compliance of all such audits and inspection. • Adherence to EMS requirements, ensure zero non-conformities and quarterly EMS Management review meetings on all sites • Deliver environmental training & awareness for workers and employees & maintain records. Ensure compliance of quarterly Training Need Analysis shared by HO • Introduce innovation in ESG to reduce the waste, water and energy footprints due to operations.
