Job Description: As a member of the team at Protium, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Escalation management: You will be responsible for handling and resolving escalated issues efficiently and effectively. - Cross functional coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve organizational goals. - Stakeholder communication: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear and transparent communication. - Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure accurate documentation of processes and activities. - Compliance & Quality: Uphold regulatory compliance standards and focus on delivering high-quality services. Qualification Required: To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector. - Good knowledge of the lending industry. - Experience in cross-functional teams such as collection and customer service would be an added advantage.,
