Roles and Responsibilities Posting: Finished Goods Store (OTC, Ayurvedic, Phenyl, Pharma Products) Designation: Store & Dispatch Manager / Store & Logistics Manager Manage daily store operations, including stock control, and logistics planning. Plan dispatches to ensure timely delivery of products to customers while minimizing costs. Handle manpower effectively by allocating tasks efficiently and ensuring smooth Finished Goods Store operations. Coordinate transportation arrangements for raw finished goods, and other supplies. Monitor stock levels regularly to prevent overstocking or understocking situations. Proper knowlege of transport, Communication with manufacturing unit as per stock requirement Working Knowlege in Ms Office & Tally Prime, ERP regarding Purchase order, sales order, sales bill Supervising dispatch, collection of Consignment note, E-commerce stock & dispatch Maintaining Dispatch Register, Sample Stock , Sale Return & Damaged Goods & Expired Goods Cordination with Your Team which is consist of Sales Assistant, Despatch Assistant, Loading-unloading workers, Drivers Maintaining FIFO method
