Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Consultant to implement, customize, and support ERPNext solutions for our organization or clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business process analysis, ERPNext configuration, customization, and training end-users to maximize efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend ERPNext solutions. Install, configure, and customize ERPNext modules based on business needs. Develop and integrate additional functionalities using Python, JavaScript, and Frappe Framework . Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for ERPNext users. Train end-users and create documentation for ERPNext workflows and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, supply chain, and IT. Manage ERPNext upgrades, data migration, and system maintenance. Ensure compliance with data security and company policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in ERPNext implementation and customization . Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, MariaDB, and Frappe Framework . Experience with SQL databases, API integrations, and third-party applications . Understanding of business processes such as accounting, inventory, HR, and sales. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: ERPNext certification or relevant ERP implementation experience. Experience in cloud hosting environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.). Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices . Benefits: Flexible work environment
