About the Role: We are seeking a highly capable and experienced ERP Specialist to support both the implementation and ongoing operation of our ERP system. This role is crucial in ensuring the ERP system is successfully deployed, aligned with our business processes, and continuously optimized to meet evolving operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Implementation Phase: 1. Lead and support ERP implementation across relevant departments 2. Coordinate between internal teams and ERP vendors to gather and define requirements 3. Oversee system configuration, module setup, data migration, and testing 4. Develop user manuals and conduct training sessions for key users 5. Ensure timely issue resolution and system optimization during rollout. Operational Phase: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related support and enhancements 2. Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot operational issues. 3.
