Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base. Drive Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications' adoption in potential client segments. Client Acquisition & Management Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships with B2B customers. Lead end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team targets. Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team knowledge of Zoho and other software solutions. Market Analysis & Reporting Monitor and analyse industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs. Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts and performance reports for management. Gather client feedback and provide input for product improvements and feature development. Technology Expertise Leverage Zoho applications to streamline sales operations, improve lead management, and analyze sales data. Stay updated on Zoho ecosystem updates and emerging software tools to recommend best-fit solutions to clients. Key Skills and Competencies: Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the B2B software industry. Strong knowledge of Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Desk, etc.) or similar SaaS platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker with a result-driven mindset. Hands-on experience with sales tools and analytics. Leadership and team management capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8-12 years of experience in B2B software sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Certifications in Zoho or similar SaaS platforms are a plus.
