ALOK BUILDTECH PVT LTD is looking for ERP Operator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Data Entry: Accurately entering and updating data into the ERP system, including customer information, inventory records, purchase orders, sales data, etcSystem Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks within the ERP software, such as updating databases, ensuring data integrity, and resolving data discrepancies Transaction Processing: Managing and processing transactions within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial records, orders, and inventory levels Report Generation: Generating regular reports from the ERP system, including sales reports, inventory status, financial statements, and other relevant data for analysis and decision-making User Support: Assisting users with navigating the ERP system, providing basic training, troubleshooting minor issues, and ensuring proper usage of the system Compliance: Ensuring compliance with data security protocols, internal controls, and regulatory requirements while handling sensitive information within the ERP system Skills and Qualifications:ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific ERP software used in the organization (e g , SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and understanding of ERP functionalities Data Entry Skills: Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail to maintain accurate and updated records within the ERP system Basic Technical Skills: Understanding of basic computer operations and familiarity with software applications, especially ERP systems Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage data efficiently, ensuring it is appropriately classified and stored within the system Problem-Solving: Capability to troubleshoot minor issues within the ERP system and seek assistance when needed
