ERP Manager & Executive

The role involves end-to-end ERP ownership, process optimization, cross-department coordination, and ensuring smooth digital operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complete
ERP implementation & management
(preferably Apparel/Textile ERP).
Hands-on experience in configuring and operating
BlueKaktus or similar cloud-based ERP
.
Understanding of ERP modules and ability to configure functional workflows.
Identify process gaps and suggest
automation & process improvements
.
Coordinate with various departments for requirement gathering and system alignment.
Support day-to-day ERP operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking ERP-related activities.
Liaise with ERP vendors, internal teams, and management for smooth project execution.
Provide user training and ensure ERP adoption across the organization.

Skills Required

Minimum 2 to 7 years experience working with
ERP systems
in Apparel/Textile manufacturing.
Strong understanding of
garment production, merchandising, planning, and export processes
.
Knowledge of cloud-based ERP platforms (
BlueKaktus preferred
).
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
