The ERP Implementation Project Manager will lead the end-to-end deployment of the Dynamics 365 ERP system for our greenfield spinning mill project. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the project while managing both internal stakeholders and outsourced consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementationspreferably with Dynamics 365and a deep understanding of manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and budgets. Coordinate all project phases from initial requirements gathering through to system go-live and post-implementation support. Stakeholder & Consultant Management: Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and external Dynamics 365 consultants. Ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and address any issues or changes promptly. Business Process Alignment: Collaborate with operations and production teams to document and refine business processes. Ensure that the Dynamics 365 system configuration meets the specific needs of the spinning mill. Risk & Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop and execute change management strategies, including training plans and support documentation for end-users. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Oversee system testing and validation to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements. Gather post-implementation feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Certifications: Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing ERP implementations, with a preference for those involving Microsoft Dynamics 365. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing outsourced consultants. Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably within an industrial or production environment. Technical & Soft Skills: Familiarity with ERP system architecture and Dynamics 365 functionalities. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
