ERP Implementation Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Odoo ERP Implementation & Customization Configure and deploy Odoo modules (Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Accounting, HRMS, CRM, etc.). Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards as per business needs. Manage user roles, access control, and security settings . Manufacturing & Production Process Optimization Implement Odoo ERP solutions to optimize production planning, raw material procurement, inventory control, and quality management . Map yarn manufacturing workflows into Odoo ERP. Ensure seamless integration between production, procurement, and sales . Data Migration & Integration Transfer legacy data to Odoo ERP with accuracy. Integrate Odoo with third-party tools such as accounting software, logistics, and e-commerce platforms. Maintain data consistency and security . User Training & Support Conduct end-user training to ensure smooth ERP adoption. Create user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides . Provide ongoing technical support and resolve ERP-related issues . Testing & Troubleshooting Perform system testing to identify and fix bugs . Ensure performance optimization and minimal downtime. Assist in Odoo version upgrades and feature enhancements . Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Odoo framework & modules . Basic knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, API integrations . Familiarity with front-end technologies ( HTML, JavaScript ) is a plus. Manufacturing & Business Process Knowledge: Preferred experience in Yarn Manufacturing, Textile, or similar industries . Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain management . Familiarity with accounting principles and ERP-based financial transactions . Soft Skills: Problem-solving & analytical thinking . Good communication skills to interact with end-users and vendors. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field . Odoo certification or prior experience in ERP customization & deployment . Experience in manufacturing ERP implementation is a strong advantage.
