Job Description

As an ERP Admin at Presidency University, you will be responsible for: - Having strong knowledge of the Educational ERP system. - Understanding the unique needs from the departments and recommending appropriate solutions. - Conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for end users. - Providing ongoing support and consultation to faculty and students. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with departments, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact. Qualifications required for this role include: - Preference for any of these bachelors: BCA/B.com/BBA or Any Bachelors Degree. - Knowledge of English, and Kannada, enabling effective communication. - Strong understanding of educational processes and challenges. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. - Experience with Educational products and familiarity with educational technology trends is a plus.,
