Job Description

Your Responsibilities: ● End-to-End ERPNext Implementation: Configure, customize, and deploy ERPNext modules tailored to our manufacturing workflows. ● Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with production, inventory, accounts, HR, and sales teams to digitize and optimize operations. ● Process Design & Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and implement ERP-based solutions that are both smart and scalable. ● Training & Support: Conduct hands-on sessions for users and act as the go-to expert for anything ERPNext-related. ● Reporting & Dashboards: Develop real-time visualizations to help management track performance and efficiency. ● Documentation & Maintenance: Ensure system documentation is up to date and troubleshoot issues like a pro. Requirements ● 3–5 years of direct, hands-on experience with ERP in a manufacturing setup. ● Strong functional understanding of modules like Finance, Inventory, BOM, Production, Sales, and Purchase. ● Prior experience leading or significantly contributing to at least one ERP implementation. ● Ability to work independently and drive results without constant supervision ● Excellent communication and documentation skills ● Must have experience working in the manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of its processes and workflows.
