Job description Role: ERP Developer Location : Noida (Work from Office) Experience: 2-5 years (ERP development experience preferred) Notice: Immediate to 15 days Job Overview We are seeking a skilled ERP Developer to join our team The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo or ERPNext (Frappe Framework) or something similar web based application. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ERP solutions to streamline business operations and improve efficiency Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain ERP solutions using Python within frameworks like Odoo or ERPNext (Frappe Framework) Work on module development, API integrations, and database management for ERP systems Experience with workflows, access controls, page layout, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards design & development. Optimize backend logic, workflows, and automation scripts to enhance ERP functionality Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing ERP functionalities Implement security best practices for data integrity, role-based access, and ERP performance optimization Ensure smooth deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of ERP applications Work on third-party integrations with payment gateways, CRMs, and other enterprise tools Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Python with experience in ERP development Hands-on experience with Odoo or ERPNext (Frappe Framework) Strong knowledge of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB) Experience with server-side scripting, ORM frameworks, and workflow automation Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Jquery, etc. Experience with one or more ERPNext modules like HR, CRM, Buying, Inventory Management, Selling, Accounting and Project Exposure to DevOps practices, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines Experience working with Linux servers, Docker, or cloud deployment is a plus Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to development Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Location Type: In-person Schedule: Fixed shift Ability to commute/relocate: Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): What is your current CTC?
