ERP Delivery Manager

Job Description

KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies for the Divisions ERP systems to align with business goals and objectives. ERP Management: Work closely with the business and oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of ERP systems, ensuring they meet user needs and performance standards. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including developers and support staff, to ensure effective ERP delivery and support. Project Oversight: Manage ERP-related projects, including upgrades, new implementations, and integrations with other systems. Vendor Management: Work with external IT vendors and service providers to procure and manage ERP solutions and services. Security and Compliance: Ensure that ERP systems comply with security standards and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary controls and audits. User Support and Training: Ensure appropriate support and training is provided to users to maximize the effective use of ERP systems. Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve ERP performance and user experience through innovation and best practices. Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle management of ERP systems, including selection, implementation, maintenance, and retirement.
