Roles and Responsibilities 1. Implementation and New Developments Implementation of new requirements based on current ERP structure Reports design on FCAIntegral ERP's document designer using tools similar to Crystal Reports Writing advanced SQL queries using JOINS, sub queries, HAVING, GROUP BY, stored procedures, triggers etc Development of unavailable features, forms & apps on Power Apps, MS Access and other low code development software like Google Appsheet DFDs, Gap document preperation, Business process alignment 2. Support SQL Server maintenance and database backup/indexing End user support on ERP and reported issues, raising tickets for the same on ERP software Regular and ad hoc user trainings Master setups and Master structure maintenance Charts of Accounts masters structure oversight and maintenance Desired Candidate Profile IT/ERP Functional knowledge combination - ERP, SQL queries, Excel and low code app development expertise Knowledge of accounts finalization and postings strongly preferred Knowledge of FCAIntegral ERP and it's report design tool or crystal reports is preferred Website maintenance and canva / photoshop, e-commerce experience preferred
