Job Description: We are looking for a Backend Developer (Erlang/Elixir) with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional programming, distributed systems, and backend development. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Erlang or Elixir . Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems . Work with OTP (Open Telecom Platform) and other core libraries. Optimize application performance and ensure high availability. Develop and manage databases, specifically PostgreSQL . Collaborate with teams to build APIs and microservices. Required Skills: Proficiency in Erlang or Elixir . Experience with concurrent and distributed systems . Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (designing schemas, writing queries, performance tuning). Understanding of RESTful APIs and WebSockets . Experience with Linux/Unix environments . Good to Have: Knowledge of Phoenix Framework (Elixir) . Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS/GCP . Background in telecom, fintech, or real-time messaging systems .
