Role Description We are seeking a visionary Founder & CTO to drive the technological strategy, innovation, and execution of our AI powered electronics design and manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in electronics product design, prototyping, and manufacturing, with a proven ability to provide technology domain expertise into our AI models. Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering fields 10–15+ years in electronics design & manufacturing, embedded systems, PCB design and manufacturing Understands every aspects and underlying problems in the entire product lifecycle: concept → design → prototype → testing → manufacturing -> compliance Strong knowledge of IoT, power electronics, and embedded hardware/software integration Demonstrated success in building & leading R&D teams and product launches Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
