Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience Education:- B. Tech / B.E. Electrical/ EEE/ Electronics Essential: - Sales Experience in Electrical Equipment and/or Service Sales in Industry segment. Desired: - Relevant Work experience in Power electronics Drives, Rotating Machines, Electrical Industrial Automation fields Analytical knowledge in service business along with commercial terms. Knowledge: - Knowledge of MV Drive systems or Motor as product, application and sales would be an added advantage. Service sales knowledge for spares of Electric Motors/ Drives with clear understanding of its sizing selection, Spare requirement and electrical standards. Skills and abilities: Experience: Excellent Customer Relationship Cross-functional coordination skills, Client acquisition and retention Risk and opportunity Analysis, Working in line with Organization Goal Expertise on commercial terms and essence of proposal TC Technical Product knowledge Excellent Written and verbal communication Strong Interpersonal skills, Self-motivated and innovative, Time management Closing sales, Ability to travel to customer sites/locations whenever required, on short notices. 8 to 12 years of Experience in Sales of spares and services MV/HV motors/ Generators, MV/LV Drives for Industrial applications Knowledge of MV Drive systems or Motor as product, application and sales would required. Good understanding of traditional service business like long terms Contracts, warranty extension, Spare parts sale, maintenance contract, new age Services, etc. Overall similar industry experience 8-12 years.
