Erection Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing the installation and of PEB structures, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality Standards * Supervise and coordinate all PEB structural erection activities at the project site. * Read and interpret erection drawings and ensure correct implementation on site. * Plan and execute day-to-day site activities to meet project timelines and productivity targets. * Lead, monitor, and manage a workforce of 60+ skilled and unskilled workers, ensuring high-quality output. * Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards. * Coordinate with project client team. * Monitor resource utilization including manpower, machinery, and materials. * Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. * Troubleshoot site issues related to erection and resolve them promptly. * Ensure that all erection work is carried out within the specified budget and time frame.
