JOB Description Equipment Engineer (Panasonic) Purpose of the Position SMT Lines- Abnormalities Handling- Equipment Status , Spare parts, Change over ,Breakdown ,Tools Change, Analysis. Etc-Overall Responsibility. Major responsibilities of position Daily Morning meeting with Engineering (India/Chinese) HOD/In charge/Engineers about day/night activity, machine, manpower, defect, downtime, failure issue, etc. The equipment and production situation of the day should be summarized before going to work every day. When there is an abnormality, the handover work should be done and the boss should be reported. Save the mounting machine program and during changeover can retrieve the program easily. All mounting machine program and machine backup daily, weekly, monthly updated record. "Exception Notice" requires the site to investigate the reasons, use the 5WHY method to find out the bad ROOT CAUSE, and indicate the temporary countermeasures and preventive measures. Fill in the weekly maintenance checklist for the equipment in time. Production quality, when the alarm light of each line is on, it should be timely checked and improved. Keep the production line equipment program computer location clean and clean. Monitor the downtime & dropping of component & make effective action. Program making, optimization of program & improve the line UPH. Execution of Model Changeover setup,Breakdown, Process setup Responsibility. Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Engineering (BE / B.Tech. in Electronics / Information Technology/ Computer) 4+ years relevant experience in a similar industry. Key Skill Windows operating system. MS office 2016/2021 Programming tools knowledge Gerber modification. Program data management.
