Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an EPR Specialist located in Gurugram. The EPR Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing waste collection and recycling processes, and coordinating with stakeholders for efficient waste management. The role involves regular monitoring, reporting, liaison with government bodies, and educating partners about sustainable disposal practices. Qualifications Understanding of EPR regulations and compliance requirementsExperience in waste management, recycling processes, and sustainability initiativesStrong project management, coordination, and reporting skillsProficiency in liaising with government bodies and collaborating with stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in creating educational and awareness programs related to waste management
