We’re looking for a Fractional CMO to help lead and grow our marketing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys strategy but can also get hands-on with execution. What You’ll Do: Run paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn Grow our brand and drive traffic through platforms like Reddit, Quora, and Facebook groups Write and manage cold email outreach to generate leads Guide content strategy and help us explain our tech clearly and effectively Track performance and report what’s working (and what’s not) Work closely with our team to build a consistent, long-term marketing plan What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of digital marketing experience, especially in B2B or tech Comfortable managing ad platforms and budgets Knows how to engage communities and write cold emails that convert Can lead strategy and also do the work Good communication skills and a love for smart tech
