Rooms were good but the property is old. Staff and service was good and efficient. Value for money.

faded elegance. They had to replace the safe twice. Hairdryer had to be replaced as shorting out! There is no shower gel in the bathroom.
When I pointed this out, they were quick to sort it out.
To be fair, no one else in the party had any issues.

V bad experience here, someone from the hotel stole my sunglasses and the staff was not bothered to help me find them.

The AC didn’t work despite many calls to the reception. Got a stand fan finally form house keeping ! No refunds on room rent either .

Location is super good. Clean and spacious. Breakfast was good

Bathroom were not closed completely and were made of glass walls in premium luxury king rooms and below so it is very problematic to use bathrooms

They won't provide toiletries in washroom, unless asked.
Also won't check whether tea pouch/ milk is available in room before check in.
