Mechanical / Civil Role Overview:: We are seeking a Project Planning Billing Engineer with expertise in EPC Marine Infrastructure projects. The role involves developing and managing project schedules, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and tracking financial progress to optimize project execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, cost control, billing, and contract management, ensuring smooth coordination between site teams, clients, and internal stakeholders for seamless project delivery Key Responsibilities: Project Planning Control: Develop project schedules, track progress, and analyze deviations. Billing Invoicing: Prepare and manage client invoices and subcontractor billing as per contract terms. Contract Management: Review contracts, track variations, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with site teams, clients, and internal departments for seamless execution. MIS Documentation: Maintain project reports, payment records, and ensure proper documentation. What We re Looking For: Experience in project planning, billing, and contract management. Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / ERP systems. Background in EPC, Oil Gas, or Marine Infrastructure industries preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills.
