EPC Solar Sales

As a Business Development Manager in Solar EPC (Industrial Sales), your role involves driving industrial solar EPC sales, managing larger clients, and leading a team of Sales Executives in your assigned area. Your primary objective is to ensure revenue growth and team performance in industrial EPC projects. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire and manage industrial clients such as factories, manufacturing units, and SMEs. - Lead, mentor, and supervise Sales Executives within your assigned area. - Set targets, track performance, and ensure your team achieves sales objectives. - Coordinate site assessments, proposals, and design discussions. - Participate in technical and commercial discussions with industrial clients. - Negotiate contracts and close industrial-scale EPC projects. - Build relationships with key decision-makers in industries. - Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, team performance, and market trends. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business. - 4-7 years of B2B/industrial sales experience, preferably in the solar/power/energy sector. - Proven ability to manage sales teams and achieve targets. Skills & Competencies: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Technical aptitude for solar EPC solutions. - Knowledge of industrial energy requirements and solar economics. Performance Metrics / KPIs: - Achievement of industrial sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual). - Team performance and number of industrial clients acquired. - Revenue growth in the industrial EPC segment. - Client satisfaction and retention.,
