Job Description

Job Title: Billing Engineer

Qualification & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Site Engineers/Supervisors to maintain records of daily site progress.
Coordinate with Store In-Charge to track material issued to subcontractors.
Maintain all supporting documents required for billing.
Prepare progress bills, milestone bills, and final bills for clients and subcontractors as per contract terms.
Review project agreements, BOQs, and contract documents to ensure accurate billing.
Reconcile billing with actual project progress, material consumption, and manpower usage.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve billing queries or discrepancies.
Monitor payment schedules, advances, retention amounts, and pending dues; escalate delays.
Assist in audits and financial inspections related to billing.
Prepare monthly billing reports and update Project Manager and Accounts Department.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and statutory regulations.
