Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies across the national domain. 2. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets. 3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. 4. Negotiate and close agreements with corporate customers. 5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. 6. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. 7. Undertake market research, identifying new potential customers and new market opportunities. 8. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs. 9. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency. 10. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board all the time. 11. Ensure high levels of data quality and process consistency in sales and marketing systems. 12. Coach, manage performance and develop the career paths of team members. 13. Undertake joint field visits with zonal sales managers for reviewing market 14. Ensure marketing strategies comply with regulatory requirements and quality management policies. 15. Develop PMS strategies and procedures. 16. Oversee the collection and analysis of customer feedback and complaints at a national level. 17. Implement risk management strategies for marketing activities. 18. Ensure nationwide marketing staff are adequately trained in regulatory requirements and quality management. Authorities: 1. Approve nationwide marketing strategies and budgets. 2. Develop PMS strategies and train sales team members. 3. Make high-level decisions on customer issues and escalations. 4. Allocate resources for nationwide training and quality management initiatives.
