Qualification Experience:

Diploma / BE in Engineering + Advanced diploma in industrial Safety with min 10 years of experience in industrial field (FMS background will be preferrable).

• •      Execute, development/implementation/ maintenance of environmental and safety management systems.
• •      Coordinates the day-to-day implementation of the site safety across Pan India locations, industrial hygiene and environmental policies and procedures.
• •      Organizing half-yearly safety audits / assessments to evaluate compliance to regulations and facility safety environmental policies procedures.
• •      Assures contractor compliance with applicable safety and environmental policies. Participates on ISO 14001/ 45001 audits.
• •      Implement annual HSE Plan in compliance to applicable HSE standards / statutes/activities.
• •      Implement a comprehensive review and monitoring mechanism for ensuring effectiveness of HSE activities.
• •      Implement HSE management system, including processes, procedures, portals, etc. Ensure regular review and updation of HSE documents.
• •      Preparing and maintaining the yearly review of the EHS Risk Assessment, IMS Register, SWMS/ HIRA / JSA, Checklist and formats.
• •      Reviewing and updating of SOPs, Work Instructions etc. Sharing to monthly reports to Management and Client on time.
• •      Conducting trainings, Mock Drills, Fire Drills, EHS Campaigns etc. Frequency as per the client recommendation.
• •      Preparing reports. Organizing review meeting with clients and internal team including EHS monthly MRM.
• •      Bi-annual site rounds and visiting sites as per the client requirements. Incident Reporting and investigation as per the contract guidelines
• •      Review the legal requirements of all locations and timely communicating the requirements.
• •      Updating the inputs in client and company portals. HSE Induction of new joinees and reviewing TBT Process.
• •      Participating the ISO and Client audits and supporting the team for ensuring zero major observations / NCs.
• •      Tracking the mock drills, First Aid Certification, SITRUST trainings, LIC round, and audits etc.
• •      Scheduling the review meeting with respective site leads to understand and ensuring the closure.
