Job Description

• Investigates and maintains records of all work-related injuries and/or illnesses, for

assigned location(s).

• Provides statistical analysis and assists in the development of effective health and safety

counter-measures to continuously improve safety standards.

• May perform activities at alternate locations as assigned by EHS Leader / Plant Head.

• Establishes measurable standards, conducts routine workplace safety inspections,

prepares reports for management and monitors results to ensure continuous

improvement of safety standards. Ensures compliance.

• Coordinates EHS training, emergency preparedness, and practice drills to raise awareness,

promote safety standards and ensure compliance.

• Performs regular environmental audits and efficiency testing, related to AIR, Energy,

Water and Waste identifying opportunities and developing corrective actions in

coordination with the Plant Manager and Regional Safety Leader.

• Identifies, prepares and monitors timely and accurate filing of government reports,

permits, certifications and required correspondence.
