• Inspection of workplace to correct unsafe condition & unsafe action and follow up for compliance
• Training: Induction training to new joined employees & other training as per training calendar.
• Inspection of first aid box & ambulance.
• Inspection of firefighting system & safety equipment.
• Inspection of various machines as per checklist – EOT crane, forklift, welding machine, electrical panel, tacking fixture.
•  Monitoring of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) & STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) operation in coordination with external agency.
•  Accident/ incident/near miss/dangerous occurrence investigation & analysis of root cause & follow up for compliance.
• Support in Safety committee meeting planning & execution and follow up for compliance.
• Support in ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 support in documentation and ensure implementation.
• Support in ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Conducting Safety Internal Audit
• Support in Planning & organizing periodically six-monthly health checks up for employee who are working in hazardous process & annually health check for all employees.
• Support in Preparation of standard operating procedure for various activities.
• Support in Ensure employee engagement through organizing event during safety week.
• Occupational health care data monitoring & coordination with medical team.
• Support in EPRP plan updating & compliance.
• Coordination with tools tackles & EOT crane inspection team
• Work permit system authorisation & monitoring
• Support in Safety week program planning & celebration.
• Support in Hazardous waste management- Form 10 submit to MPCB
• Support in Environment monitoring such as :

- Ambient air monitoring

- Work zone monitoring

- Stack monitoring

- Noise monitoring

- Ventilation monitoring

- Illumination monitoring

- Drinking water
