Role & responsibilities This role is expected to support teams in design configuration, data migration, implementation, and maintenance of Environmental Management Systems. This role requires both teamwork and independent work, as well as creative thinking and strategic approaches. Must Have: Minimum 8-10 years of experience with IT background. ( This position is to work on third party products in ESG domain. ) Excellent communication and flexibility to work in second shift or general shift to have overlap with US working hours. Prior experience of working on Cority, Sphera, Enablon, Intelex or similar software in environmental/ESG/Sustainability domain. Expertise with data management, data transformation, data migration on above mentioned products using SQL/Snowflake or similar databases . Priori experience on Cority product is a huge advantage Primary Responsibilities: Implement Environmental Management Systems (using Cority) for customers, supporting with system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, enhancement and improvements as required to meet overall business objectives. Configure and Deploy Environmental Management Systems (using Cority); specific activities include drafting and publishing configuration design documents, configuring technical specifications and components within the solution, analyzing and migrating data, and developing custom reports/dashboards. Migrate Air/GHG data from Sphera to Cority platform Conduct user acceptance testing and end user training Create documentation: Configuration Design Quality assurance and user acceptance testing templates Training guides, Training materials End User and Administrator guides Qualifications & Experience: Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, IT related degree and/or background in the Environmental Data Management Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Oil and Gas ESG reporting. Worked on Azure DevOps and agile environment.
