Job Description

As a Business Partner EH&S at Brillio in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and EH&S business functions. Your responsibilities will involve business analysis, service management, and project leadership to fortify EH&S systems, ensure compliance, and deliver substantial value across global operations. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact between EH&S business stakeholders and IT. - Lead EH&S IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery. - Translate business requirements into IT solutions that enhance EH&S processes. - Manage EH&S applications and platforms such as SAP EH&S and Enablon to ensure stability, usability, and compliance. - Supervise incident, request, and release management for EH&S solutions. - Collaborate with global process owners to align local needs with global standards. - Drive enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S applications within the enterprise landscape. - Monitor service performance, maintain SLA adherence, and uphold governance for compliance readiness. - Support change management and facilitate adoption of EH&S tools across various business units. Required Skills & Experience: - 10-15 years of experience in IT business partnering, service management, or business analysis. - Profound understanding of EH&S processes and IT systems like SAP EH&S, Enablon, or equivalent. - Demonstrated track record in managing end-to-end IT projects successfully. - Sound knowledge of ITIL practices including incident, change, release, and problem management. - Hands-on expertise in service and vendor management. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling effective communication between IT and business functions. - Experience working in global settings with diverse stakeholders. - Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for EH&S systems. Preferred: - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EH&S or related modules. - Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or Business Analysis. - Experience in integrating EH&S tools with ERP and reporting platforms.
