Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Senior Business Analyst will join the Enterprise Valuation team at Evalueserve, supporting onshore team in several critical research areas such as follows:

Company/M&A screening and brief company profiles
DCF calculation (historical and projections) by analysis of historical data and forecasting for future years
Arrive at Enterprise value of a company through DCF as well as relative valuation methods
Report writing including the DCF analysis and peers and targets comparison analysis
Responsibilities includes working independently on complex projects, and delivering error free projects
Resolving team members project related queries and performing quality check on client deliverables
Creating and maintaining databases
Conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions of new joiners and team members

Preferred candidate profile

Strong Accounting and financial skills
Good writing skills
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner
Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills
Knowledge of database tools Capital IQ is preferred
Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to firms goals & mission
Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working

Education & Experience

CA pusuing or qualified
3-5 years of relevant experience
