Location: GurugramAbout the role:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional support to Enterprise customers We're looking for a highly organised, proactive individual to join our Customer Service Enterprise Team as an Enterprise Support Administrator. This vital role supports our order placement process and ensures customer needs are met efficiently and accurately.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and customer service tools

  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Confident in written and verbal communication

Key responsibilities:
  • Accurately place a high volume of daily orders, ensuring efficiency and minimal errors to
  • Follow bespoke order processes and keep up to date with daily operational changes
  • Respond promptly to internal teams and support order queries
  • Action administrative changes and updates on Enterprise accounts
  • Set follow-up tasks and monitor progress through to connection or dispatch
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order escalations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Use and adapt templates to provide internal and external updates
  • Keep customer-specific order details current and accurate
  • Work collaboratively with your team to minimise order placement errors
