Enterprise Solutions Specialist- SAP

As a skilled professional with expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse and S&OP Planning, you will be joining the Enterprise Solutions team to support end-to-end planning solutions integrated with SAP ECC/S/4HANA. Your responsibilities will include: - Configure, administer, and support Kinaxis RapidResponse modules. - Maintain system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless planning operations. - Develop and enhance planning worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and analytics. - Lead and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes across demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning. - Analyze planning needs with business teams and convert them into functional requirements. - Provide process improvements for optimizing planning cycles and overall supply chain efficiency. - Work with SAP teams to ensure smooth integration between Kinaxis and SAP ECC/S/4HANA. - Support data accuracy, mapping, and workflow alignment between systems. - Partner with global business stakeholders to understand planning needs and deliver appropriate solutions. - Prepare and deliver functional documentation, training materials, and process presentations. - Build strong relationships with clients, users, and cross-functional teams. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse. - 6+ years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). - Strong understanding of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA integrations. - Proven experience supporting end-to-end supply chain planning processes. - Excellent communication and consulting skills. Top 3 Must-Haves: - Strong hands-on expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse. - Deep knowledge of S&OP system administration and support. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience building strong client and internal team relationships. - Knowledge of Azure Data Factory. - Basic understanding of SQL. - Ability to work in high-performing, collaborative, and global team environments.
